Christian Caisse

Christian Caisse is the newest member of the ACP family. He’s been involved in live shows for just over a year now, and has recently joined the magazine as a columnist.
He worked in private security for 10 years before returning to school to become a gunsmith. During this training, he completed the process to become an instructor for the Canadian Firearms Safety Course and the Quebec Federation of Hunters and Anglers’ Introduction to Hunting with Firearms.

He began working in the gunsmithing field with an ecotone dealer for a year to improve his knowledge of hunting and fishing. Suite to this experience Christian was recruited by the Fédération Québécoise de tir as assistant to the Director of Training and trained as an instructor for the Canadian Firearms Safety Course. restricted firearms, on the Law 9 aptitude test and as a range safety official.

In 7 years, he made his mark and rose to the position of Assistant General Manager, where he worked on various training projects, including rewriting the Canadian Firearms Safety Course with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, as well as others. training with the Sureté du Québec and the Ministère de la sécurité publique du Québec. It was at this point that Christian discovered a real talent for copywriting and training.

He also joined the Canadian Armed Forces as a reserve officer, where he remained for 8 years. Involved in the Canadian Cadet Program for over 14 years, he has had the pleasure of passing on his knowledge of forest survival, map, compass, GPS and precision shooting to young people aged 12 to 18.

Christian has now been working as a gunsmith for almost 6 years for a supplier of equipment to various governments around the world.

Spouse of a northern girl with whom he has shared his life for 22 years, and father of two teenagers: Léanne, 14, and Alexandre, 15, with whom he shares his passion for hunting, fishing, the outdoors and shooting.

Christian started out as moderator of the Gars de Brousse page and later became one of its administrators.
