REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

OVERVIEW
Our refunds and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Downloadable software
Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In certain situations, only partial reimbursements are granted:

Book showing signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS cassette, software, video game, cassette or open vinyl record.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
REFUND
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or refusal of your refund.

If your request is accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially recorded.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted.

If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only full-price items can be refunded. Items on sale cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGE
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail to {e-mail address} and send your item to : {physical address}.

GIFTS
If the item was indicated as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit corresponding to the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the item was not indicated as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift recipient had the order shipped to you as a gift at a later date, we will send a refund to the gift recipient, who will be notified of your return.

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

The delivery time of the exchanged product may vary depending on where you live.

If you’re returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
