Ben Rising WHITETAIL EDGE TV

Ben has lived in Ohio all his life. He grew up in a rural environment where he learned early on to trap, hunt and fish with his father and family friends. Ben learned early on, working on local farms and sawmills and helping his father and grandfather, that you had to work hard to achieve your goals and that laziness was not a good thing. If you’re going to do something, do it right! Ben has adopted this attitude in his quest for whitetail deer and whatever else his tags allow him to do. Ben started logging at the age of 16 and set up his own logging business at the age of 20. He married his childhood sweetheart Melody in 1998 and they have four sons and a daughter. Ben started filming in 2002 for Drury Outdoors and continued until 2013. Since then, he has launched Whitetail Edge and appeared in Bone Collector.

Ben and Melody launched Wicked Ridge Outfitters in 2012 in Ohio and continue to own and operate this signature whitetail hunting destination. Ben’s passion is Whitetail Edge! He really wants to help others learn how to successfully pursue and harvest the deer you’re looking for. Ben has written numerous articles on adult deer and has harvested many high-end bucks, including 2 bucks over 200″ and 9 from 173 to 194 with his bow. Ben and his family attend NewPointe Community Church in Millersburg, Ohio, and enjoy camping and baseball.

Kenny Bevans WHITETAIL EDGE TV

I’ve been hunting white-tailed deer since I was 12. I cut my teeth on public land with my family in southern Indiana, then on our family farm in southeastern Indiana. In 2008, I started filming Ben Rising with Drury Outdoors, which led to me becoming a full member of their team. Ben left to create Whitetail Edge, and I followed him a few years later. My passion, in addition to hunting game birds, is capturing on film downtime and everything to do with nature.

Dylon Gandee WHITETAIL EDGE TV

I’ve been hunting since the age of 8 alongside my brother and father. I grew up watching big male killers on TV and video tapes and knew it was something I wanted to pursue as I got older. I fell in love with bowhunting and when I started filming my hunts, it became a whole new obsession. Documenting my hunts became second nature and I fell in love with taking a video camera into the woods. I met Ben in 2013 and worked for him in his outfitting business Wicked Ridge Outfitters and Ben and his family treated me like I was part of their family. I left the outfitting business, started a family and returned to what I’m passionate about alongside the rest of the whitetail edge team. I give all my glory to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

My family also owns two farm equipment dealerships that I manage, and I’m a certified land broker for Mossy Oak Properties Indiana Land & Lifestyle. My wife Genna and I are raising our adult son and two young children in love with God, country and nature.

Dewaine and Jessica Jones hail from Elk Garden Wv, a small town in the hills of West Virginia. They have two sons, Sammy and Hunter. They love God and enjoy spending time together in nature. Dewaine started hunting at a very young age and introduced Jessica to hunting when they started dating, and they love doing it together!
