Catch of the Day Snow Goose Hunt 2024, Part 2 – Hunting, Cooking, Eating
It’s the second day of our snow goose hunt in the Trois-Rivières area. The day was similar to the previous one… several flights and even one of more than 1000 individuals! Thanks again to the Goose Shack for a great experience. I highly recommend them if you want a great white goose hunting experience. They have an incredible team!
We finish the video with my recipe for goose breast with orange chipotle sauce. Really tasty!
