Chimichurri steak with God’s butter. Grilled bone marrow. Bone Marrow Chimichurri Ingredients:- 2 canoe-cut beef marrow bones, cleaned*.- ½ cup flat-leaf parsley, chopped- 4 cloves garlic, chopped- 2 tablespoons chives, chopped- 1 tablespoon dried oregano- 1 small red pepper, seeded and diced or 1 tablespoon. tablespoons red pepper flakes- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar- 1 teaspoon kosher- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper- 1 lemon, zest and juice- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil* Solution saline solution to soak the bones and extract blood and impurities. 1 tablespoon salt to 1 cup cold water. Soak the bones in the refrigerator for about 12 hours. Allow bones to air dry before roasting.source
