For this episode of L’objectif est à l’aventure with André Gervais, we’re back for a third consecutive year in the Gaspé Peninsula. This time, in addition to fishing and explaining how striped bass and mackerel are caught, we’ll be joining Jean Beaudry, production manager of the largest shellfish plant in Eastern Canada. We’ll then meet Émilie Bourque Bélanger, Director of Nova Lumina, to find out more about the event. For the fishing, we’ll be joined by some very nice people: Ted Broom, Benoit Huard, Simon Roussy and Luc Bouchard. What’s more, Joel Berthelot will be capturing some stunning images with his drone.
