Massaya Le Colombier

This week we take you on a journey to Lebanon, to the Bekaa Valley, home of the renowned Massaya vineyard, which produces wines of incredible quality.The grapes for Massaya Le Colombier are grown at an altitude of over 1,000 meters, which brings freshness to the wine.It’s a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Tempranillo, with vines averaging 40 years old.The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by a 30-day fermentation in stainless-steel vats and a 12-month ageing period in vats before finishing in bottle.
