Here in Miami, fishing was listed as an essential activity during the COVID quarantine, so I’m very lucky to still be able to hunt for my own food! Yellow jacks are delicious both raw and cooked, and are abundant in South Florida. Barracudas are also very tasty, but the larger ones may contain ciguatera toxin. I hope you enjoy!
