Lauren Sarasua How to make the best SUSHI roll!
I’ve been stuck at home taking my social distance, so I decided to share one of my favorite sushi recipes! Below are the products I used. I hope you get a chance to make it and enjoy it as much as I did! This recipe is also excellent with yellow jack fish!

Additional instructions :
Asparagus – Blanch the asparagus for 1min. 30sec. then place in a bowl of iced water to cool for 1 min.
Sushi rice – Follow the instructions on the packet to cook the rice (I use a rice cooker). When the rice is ready, spread it out on a baking sheet and drizzle with vinegar seasoning. Stir and aerate the rice to cool it, then stir the vinegar into the rice. Leave to cool.
