Outdoors Allie GRAPHICS: How to train a deer in the field

In this video, I show you how I eviscerate a deer from start to finish! This is the method I prefer for white-tailed deer that will be shot out of the woods. For animals that are to be quartered, the dressing method remains the same, but I recommend splitting the pelvis and sternum (since dragging the animal is not a problem) to gain better access to the guts! Learning to treat your game yourself in the field is an essential part of hunting for food!

About us

I’m Allie, archer, hunter, fisher and defender of public lands. But really, I’m a lover of all things outdoors! I like to share all my adventures on YouTube, the good and the bad. Learning to enjoy the outdoors is a PROCESS, and I’m here to share mine with you.

I began documenting and sharing my outdoor adventures on social media in 2015 through the Outdoors Allie channel as a way to connect with like-minded people; those who hunt for food, care deeply about wildlife, public land conservation, and enjoy sharing a cold one around a campfire.

I love spending time in the kitchen creating wild game recipes, on the water casting a line and exploring public lands in search of deer, elk and everything in between. Thanks for checking out my channel!
