I’ve been anxious for months about the lack of wild game meat. Our freezer has been completely emptied, and with the hunting season drawing to a close, the pressure to fill a few tags is increasing.

On the morning of the opening of the doe hunting season, I managed to shoot this magnificent stag. Our freezer isn’t completely full, but it’s not empty either 🙂
