Outdoors Allie Turkey hunting on public land
What a wild adventure! I went turkey hunting on public land in Florida for the most prized subspecies of wild turkey – the Osceola. Found only on the Florida peninsula, it is considered one of the most difficult turkeys to hunt on public land. The opening morning began with a bang! I’ve harvested a few Osceola turkeys, but all on private land. This was my first Osceola turkey hunted and harvested on public land in Florida. #turkeyhunting #hunting
