Outdoors combines hunting and cooking – IDAHO GROUSE
I hunt grouse with a bow, clean them on the mountainside and cook the breast and legs on a wood pellet grill! On this hunt, I was hunting elk with a bow when I came across a dusky grouse (also known as a blue grouse). I was able to capture the grouse with my bow and arrow and turn it into a delicious meal of smoked wild game. Catch, clean and cook grouse – bowhunting edition!
