Lac-Mégantic: the pearl of the Eastern Townships!

We visit one of Canada’s most beautiful regions: the Eastern Townships. More precisely, in southern Quebec, bordered by the Appalachian mountain range, we’ll be fishing on a jewel called Lake Megantic. Lake trout, landlocked salmon and smallmouth bass will set this excursion on fire. For the occasion, Raymond Carignan was assisted by Pascal Blais, fishing guide and editor of Aventure Chasse et Pêche magazine.

As we all know, this stretch of water received special attention following the rail disaster. In this program, we’ll show it at its best. In the company of Raymond Carignan and Pascal Blais, you’ll see that it has remained a highly productive body of water. Not to be missed!

Our visit was enhanced by a wonderful stay at the Inn and Chalet on the Lake. We couldn’t have chosen a better location for our adventure in the Megantic region.
