Rick’s top five moose Part 1

I’d appreciate it if you’d take the time to read this post today. In many ways, the next three videos are a big part of this journey for me, so read on. Thank you! Hello everyone, and let’s get the day off to a fun start! Here’s the first part of Rick’s Top 5 bulls. There will be three parts. The second part will be published next Wednesday and the third in a week’s time.To begin with, my Top 5 is different from Libby’s, as it should be. In the magazine…. Libby’s #5 is Shred, #4 is Hook, #3 is Mismatch, #2 is 22, and her #1 is Grumpy! Let’s start with my top 5, with Mismatch in 5th place and 22 in 4th.WAIT! Mismatch is number 5? I’ll be the first to tell you that this extraordinary animal fascinates me as much as the others. Libby said I couldn’t have five number 1s, so that’s how it goes.Come with us and before we know it, Libby and I will be hiking in Alaska again. Before embarking on this Top 5 project, I sat down and thought deeply before making my choices. It turns out that all five choices are so beloved by me and so close in the rankings that they’re almost all #1 choices. What can I say? These animals are all warriors, and I’m fortunate to have studied them and learned their individual characteristics.MisMatch is perhaps the most amazing bull I’ve studied because of the cards he’s been dealt, his wood problems, his skull injury, and everything else he’s experienced, he’s fought. And he’s always found a way to navigate the rut and breed. The 22 is a legend to me. Two things come to mind: his ability to fight long battles and come through without a broken tooth, and secondly, his “friendship” with Mismatch was incredible to watch. I think it was affected by the absence of Mismatch in the spring of 2022.As we head into the spring of 2023, we thank you for your support on our page and channel. See you on Wednesday for choices #3 and #2.Thanks for watching our channel, we’re the husband/wife team from Rick and Libby Libbey(Libby squared), New Hampshire wildlife photographers (and part-time Alaskans.) It’s our passion to document wildlife of all kinds, but moose are definitely at the top. In New Hampshire, we spend many of our spring and summer kayaking hours photographing loons and elk in New Hampshire waters. In the fall, we travel many miles in Alaska in search of all kinds of wildlife. Here’s our information:You can watch more videos on this link.Youtube: https://bit.ly/YTMooseManSite web: https://bit.ly/WebMooseManInstagram: https://bit.ly/IGMooseManNOUVEAU* Twitter: https://bit.ly/TWMooseManNOUVEAU* Pinterest: https://bit.ly/PTMooseMan#moosephotography #mooseofinstagram #wildlifephotographer #alaska #alaskatravel #naturephotographylovers #naturephotography #wildlifephotography #wildlifephotographer #moosephotography #MooseMonday #moosemafia #AlaskaWildlife #alaskawinter #AlaskaWildlife #moosemoose #winteriscoming #winterwonderland #alaskalife #alaskaadventure #alaskaphotography #visitalaska #winterphotography #coldday #coldweather #winterishere #mooserack #moosepaddle #bullmoose #natgeoyourshot #natgeowild #animalplanet #animalkingdom #alaskathelastfrontier #alaskathebeautiful #AlaskaYoung #layinglowalaskaRick & Libby Libbey ownersAndover, NH 03216
