Snowy Owl Award – Portrait of the 2023 winners 🏅 The winner in the Builder category is none other than Mr. Michel Therrien. A well-known columnist, trainer and lecturer, he has written over 300 articles for Sentier Chasse-Pêche and Aventure Chasse-Pêche magazines, as well as more than 200 training courses across Quebec. Founder of Chasse Québec, he also directed the film “Will”, which tells the story of William Allain, a young man rendered quadriplegic following a serious accident, who realized his dream of successfully hunting deer with a crossbow.
