Welcome to Moose & Café! Are there any Swagger fans? Swagger had a busy first half of the season, picking up pretty much where he left off last autumn. He finally got into trouble in the middle of the rut with the big bull Flat Top.

We’re doing our best to continue sharing Moose Rut 2023 in the order in which it happened, although there will be times when we move forward or backward to keep things exciting and fun for everyone. The bulls have been very busy in rut this season, and we’ll be sharing a lot of the action. Today, it’s Libby’s first evening of Swagger’s rutting pit. You must have seen my (Rick’s) shoot of this event several weeks ago, here’s another angle on the fun!

As for the Moose 2024 calendars, it’s unlikely that we’ll be able to supply them this year. Printing prices are much higher, but we’ll keep exploring and letting you know. For now… here’s the link to our brand-new gallery of websites featuring exclusive photos of the moose rut in 2023.
