We try to make Saturday a special day for all of us, and today we bring you the Moose Dynasty Top Ten, Part 3.Part 1 featured King James, Mr T, Grumpy, Drop Tine, Hook and Swagger, and Part 2 featured more KJ, more Mr T, and added the big guy himself…..22. That leaves Mismatch, Left Hook and Boris for Part 3.If you’ve been following along, you know that we’ve had the privilege of studying this elk dynasty for the past seven years. Of these 10 males, four have left. Each of them has had an extraordinary life. As I’ve said before, part of loving an elk is understanding that its life is relatively short, but also very long. Libby and I fully intend to continue discussing the dynasty concept, as it is fascinating, and also to introduce the new members of the next dynasty.It’s also worth pointing out that there are and have been other great bulls in the area during this period. Some of them were only seen for a single year. There are many unsolved mysteries for us. La Nature doesn’t expect us to solve them all, but we appreciate the ones we do manage to understand. This fact alone is one of the things I love most about this trip.We’d love to hear your questions about today’s film and love to read all your comments.
