At this stage of the season, we’re in the heart of the rut. This week, we’re off to Illinois to hunt with Paul Jansen and his boys. These guys just love to hunt. Paul loves bowhunting, and when the Orange Army comes out, it’s a family affair in the Illinois woods for the Jansen family. The deer simply aren’t safe when Paul and his companions venture into the woods, and you’ll see in this episode that they slaughter many good bucks throughout the season. Next, join my good friend Kenny Bevins as he takes us through his season in Indiana. Kenny has become much more disciplined in recent years about what he takes on his claims because he’s trying to manage these deer to reach the age of 5.5 years or older.
